SALVAJE EUROPE HOLDING SL is responsible for the data treatment and is made up of the following companies (hereinafter, “GRUPO SALVAJE”):
SALVAJE will collect different data depending on the functionalities of the web page that you use, how you interact with us through the web page or when you come to our restaurant:
Data: identification data that you provide us (name and surnames, number phone number, email address). SALVAJE could also request details about your account number or bank cards for the provision of its services.
Purpose: To provide assistance to you as a customer and manage your preferences and reservations, as well as the sending of commercial communications.
Legitimate basis: The execution of a contract or pre-contract to which you are a party (art.6.1.b RGPD), regarding the management of your reservations. The legitimate interest in relation to sending commercial communications from the restaurant (art. 6.1.f RGPD). And, in the event that you have expressed the wish to receive commercial communications sent by other SALVAJE restaurants, the legal basis is express consent (art. 6.1.a RGPD).
Recipients: other SALVAJE companies as long as you, based on the suggestions we make, decide to book at another group restaurant, or have expressly accepted the sending of commercial communications from said restaurants.
Conservation: the time strictly necessary to comply with each of the intended purposes plus, when appropriate, the prescription periods for the requirement of contractual and pre-contractual responsibilities.
RESERVATION CONDITIONS: The reservation will not be formalized until you receive an email confirming its validity with all the corresponding information.
The receipt of the email will take place, at most, within a period of 24 hours from the time you made the reservation.
Through said email, you must reconfirm or cancel the reservation. In the event that you do not indicate your final decision at most 48 hours before the date and time indicated for the reservation, an amount of €15 per guest will be charged.
Only once you reconfirm the reservation, either through the email you have previously received, SMS or by calling the restaurant, will your reservation be fully confirmed.
If you wish to modify the reservation date or the number of diners, your request will be attended to as long as it is made at least 48 hours before the date and time on which you had made the reservation, and if there are places available. You can carry out the procedure by calling the telephone number of the restaurant where you have made the reservation.
The reservation will be maintained for a period of 15 minutes from the confirmed date and time, after which the reservation will be cancelled, and the restaurant may offer its table to other diners.

Data: Every time you access the SALVAJE website, we automatically collect and process information about the way you access and use the website and, in particular, the following personal data:
